As an option on Discourse for admins, you can make new badges, other than the ones already provided for you.
It’s quite simple, going into the admin option, and badges, then you create a new badge. You can give it a name, a short description, and a long description, as well as an icon. Full list of icons can be seen here: http://fontawesome.io/icons/. You can also make new categories for badges, or just put it under “Getting Started”, “Community”, among others.
However, depending on what you want it to be, you’d need to either program it to give the badge to a user when the action is done. The only other way to do it is to personally give the user that earned it manually, by going to their user page via admin panel, then Edit Badges, and add the badge they earned.
All there’s left to do is applying and saving new badges, and programming it to be given out, or else the manual way.
